We're closing out 2019 with some sweet sweet MCU goodness. We're talking about James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy, the movie that really expanded what was possible in these Marvel flicks.

By introducing a mostly unknown IP, casting unexpected actors, taking the whole thing into sci-fi territory, with a kick-ass soundtrack, Marvel Studios proved that they can pull off something totally different, and still nail it.
